• International flights, a name change is only allowed by paying an additional charge no later than 15 days before the flight departure. Please note that this service is not available for tickets purchased at a Brazil Point of Sale or tickets originally paid for with a Travel Voucher/EMD Compensation.
• Domestic flights, you can change the name on the ticket by paying an extra fee, as long as it's done at least 3 days before the flight departs. Please note that this service is not available for tickets bought in Brazil or for tickets paid for using a Travel Voucher/EMD Compensation.

• Name changes: Corrections can only be made free of charge if a passenger's name is misspelled. A valid ID will be required to make the change.

• *Changes must be made within 3 hours of the flight's departure. If you fail to notify us of any changes during this period of time, no other changes will be allowed unless you purchase flex fares. If you miss your flight (no show) without notifying, your ticket will be canceled with additional fees and included taxes. For any subsequent flight segments after an unused segment, you must contact our Call Center within 24 hours after the first flight to use the remaining segments.
• **Domestic flights: The first piece of baggage will be charged in case you choose to take one piece of checked baggage.
• **International flights: Checked baggage is included (except USA, Canada, South America, and the Caribbean). Please, see Terms and Conditions for Checked Baggage.
• ***Starting on January 1, 2022, you will accumulate 8 Aeromexico Rewards Points for every dollar spent or its equivalent in Mexican currency. Accumulable Base Aeromexico Rewards Points are based on the dollar amount (Total Ticket Price – taxes and fees) for 8 points. For flights operated by other airlines, Accumulable Base Aeromexico Rewards Points are based on the actual distance between the pair of cities adjusted by the accumulation percentage according to the paid rate. The minimum accumulation for distances under 1000 km is 1000 Aeromexico Rewards Points; for greater distances, the actual distance is used.
• If you accept additional flexibility, you will be changing to a Classic Flex Fare, enjoying unlimited changes (flight, date, time, destination). No-show charges do not apply, and you may be refunded with electronic vouchers (EMD). This benefit applies only when booking. Changes are subject to availability, and a fare difference may apply.

FLEXIBLE FARE CONDITIONS

1. Unlimited changes (flight, date, time, destination) are allowed with no extra charge for no-show. Reimbursements are dependent on the date of purchase:
2. Tickets purchased from December 13, 2021, are not refundable for a no-show but can be rescheduled. Changes are subject to availability, and rate differences may apply.
3. Tickets purchased before December 21, 2021, are refundable as an electronic voucher (EMD).
4. .For tickets purchased from December 2021, you have two options for refunds:
   • 1) Electronic voucher (EMD).
   • 2) Original method of payment: Refunds through the original method of payment will be honored by Aeromexico immediately; response times will depend on your bank.

   You may request your refund at your place of purchase; in case of web purchases, call your Call Center to request your refund.

No Show Policy and Charges

• Dependent on the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
• For domestic flights, the prices include taxes.
• For changes made to domestic routes, if the flight was booked after March 28, 2023, a fee of $1,000 MXN will apply if the change is made 0 to 7 days before the flight, and a $700 MXN fee will apply if the change is made 8 days or more before the flight. If the flight was booked before March 28, 2023, the fee is $700 MXN.*
• For international flights, prices do not include taxes as they vary depending on the country of purchase.
• No-show policy: If you miss a flight without informing Aeromexico beforehand, your booking for all remaining flights in your itinerary may be canceled, except for flights involving segments in Brazil.*
• No show charges only apply to flights involving segments on Brazilian routes.
• First marketing Carrier: same baggage allowance and charges throughout the journey.
